All new clients are required to complete Step One and Step Two in sequence before proceeding to Step Three. Access to or engagement in Step three is contingent upon the successful fulfillment of all prerequisites outlined in the Step One and Step Two. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or denial of progression to the Step Three.
